- Q. How do I enter the competition?
- When you complete your application to switch energy provider(s)/tariff(s), you'll be presented with an option to enter the Switch, Save and WIN! competition. Simply click on this promotional panel, and you'll be automatically entered into a prize draw for a chance to win £5,000. For more information about how to switch, click here.
- Q. What is the prize and how will it be paid?
- You will win £5,000 and it will be transferred to the bank account of your choice.
- Q. When is the winner selected?
- The winner is selected once 500 unique applications to enter the competition have been received. We will validate with your new energy supplier that the switch has been completed (this typically takes 6-8 weeks from the time of application). The winner will then be notified.
- Q. How will I find out if I have won?
- The winners will be informed by Recorded Delivery (post) and by phone within 1 week of the draw taking place.
- Q. How do I get more entries into the competition?
- After switching, you'll be given the option to tell your friends and family about the Switch, Save and WIN! competition via an email that we'll send on your behalf. For each unique, deliverable e-mail address of a friend or relative you provide (up to a maximum of 10), you will receive an additional entry into the draw.
- Q. Do my friends have to switch energy suppliers as well?
- No, they don't have to switch. Providing the email addresses of your friends will automatically increase your entries into the prize draw.
- Q. What will Which? Switch do with my friends' email addresses?
- We will contact them to tell them about Which? Switch and the Switch, Save and WIN promotion, so please make sure you have their consent for us to do this before providing their email address.
- Q. Will my friend be entered into the prize draw as well?
- Your friend will need to switch with Which? Switch themselves for them to enter the prize draw.
- Q. If I save a quote, then return to the site later to switch, will I be able to enter the competition?
- Unfortunately the link you receive within your 'Save a Quote' email will not direct you to the competition, so you'll need to complete your switch from www.switchsaveandwin.com to enter the competition.
